Hello theox and welcome to the Forums :)

You're infected...

1. Download this file - combofix.exe (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe)
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

I think I messed up that last message, because it gave me an error message about the process not being able to work, or something like that - I opened IE by mistake halfway through. Here's another ComboFix log I did afterwards:

"Sturge" - 2007-05-31 21:57:52 Service Pack 2

Hi again, you're welcome.

Now you can clean AVG's Quarantine:

Click the "Download" button to the right.
Check the box that says: "Accept License Agreement."
The page will refresh.
Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation with or without Multi-language and save to your desktop.
Install it

Now you can make your hidden files hidden again.
Go to My Computer
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options
Click the View tab.
Checkmark the "Display the contents of system folders"
Under the Hidden files and folders select "Show hidden files and folders"
