Smitfraud-C.CoreService won't go away

I'm not tech savy, and I can't figure out how those people ran a report. But I have Smitfraud-C.CoreService, and it won't go away. I have ran spybot many times but it won't leave. I even tried a tip on here by removing java time, but I'm no longer able to remove any programs. The button for that just vanished. I don't know how this happened, and I don't know how to fix this. I've noticed that my computer is running slower and I've had many pop-up ads in the last couple of weeks. I would so appreciate any help that I could get on this problem. I really appreciate all that you people do to rid this world of those annoying viruses.

Please use this version of HJT:
Download Trend Micro Hijack This™

Download it to your Program Files folder.
Doubleclick the HijackThis_V2.exe to start it.
Click "Do a System Scan and save a logfile"
This will create a HijackThislog.
Copy and paste the contents of the log in your next reply

Post this uninstall list along with the HJT log:
Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
