Having troubles with Spybot S&D

Spybot S&D has not been running normally for the past 3 days (it took over 2 hours to complete one scan) I thought that there was a problew with my spybot so i did an unistall/reinstall but that didn't help.
I am certian that i have a spyware problem but don't know what to do to fix it. My browser has been somewhat hijacked (when i run a search in google and click on one of the responses i am redirected to another search page). i have completed many different scans (panda activescan, spybot, ad-aware, trend micro anti-spyware) and still i'm having the same problem.
