After booting up find computer running slowly. Checking the task manager under processes I find CPU usage at 100%. The process cmd.exe seems to be the culprit, stopping this process returns the computer to normal and it runs fine after that. Spybot always finds Backdoor.Win32.SdBot.gen and has no problem fixing the problem. However, the next time the computer is booted the same problems are there. I have even tired manually removing the registry entry that Spybot refers to, but it is right back there next time the computer is booted.
Any ideas?
