Blank Startup Entry found

Hello, I have recently bought Vista and after I setup Spybot SD It shows a startup entry that is blank with no description. I have it disabled but have not deleted it. Does anyone know what it is?

My (Vista) will not connect to the net right away and I have Hijack This and not sure what to do with the entries.
