Need help with Smitfraud and other.

I've been having problems with Smitfraud for a few days and have done very much to try and get rid of it. I've been using SB:SD and PC Tools AntiVirus and AdAware and have got many things out. Just recently, 5 min ago =D, I scanned for smitfraud and got no results. I'm still experiencing many ad problems though. SB:SD found a multitude of Tracking Cookies, and I thought that those were no big deal but they wouldn't go away. I may be a ninja::fear:, but I still need help.
