Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information. "BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)

All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Why does Spybot-S&D flag changes in the Windows Security Center?

See this: http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=12880&postcount=2
C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_03 <<< badly out of date, if you are not infected it is just a matter of time. Download the newest version and uninstall all old version in Add Remove programs.

At this point I see no malware in the HJT log, I suggest you look at these links for help:
http://www.microsoft.com/atwork/getstarted/speed.mspx?wt_svl=20292a&mg_id=20292b
http://users.telenet.be/bluepatchy/miekiemoes/slowcomputer.html

I also suggest you do this: Follow the directions in this link to run AVG Anti-Spyware, make sure you delete or quarantine anything it finds and save the scan report to post.
http://forums.security-central.us/showthread.php?t=3165

Restart the computer and post those scan results and any comments you think will help.

Thanks

Understand few of us believe the Windows ICS firewall is adequate.
How to turn on or turn off the firewall in Windows XP
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/283673

I see the firewall is now part of Microsoft Windows OneCare Live and the jury is still out on that program. If the instructions I posted do not clear up the issues, then I suggest you contact Microsoft Technical Support:
http://support.microsoft.com/

Thanks
