Hello,
I am getting random ads that are playing in the background. I will have Itunes open, and playing some music and all of a sudden these ads will come on. I have no idea where they are coming from. I Attempted to follow all of the steps to get my system looked at. I did the online scan and then did safe mode scan and removed everything. It told me it could not remove something called smith something or the other. I then got HJT but everytime I try to save the log, it just closes the program and does not save anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here is my online scan report.
