When ever I run SpyBot, Smitfraud-C.Toolbar888 is detected. if if I fix the problem in SpyBot and run it again, it reappears in the detected malware list.

I ran SmitfraudFix and got following log.
Could you please analyse it and let me know what action is to be taken?
