Whenever I logon into my pc , it will be pop-up to inform my company that I have come in office at that time... as I am in differ building which dont have timeIn &timeOut ...
Did you review the "Before you Post" information? Please see #5 post:
Personal computers or.....

Yes he did, but seems the dll. seems to be coming back...
You have yet to mention the name or location of this .dll?

win32.spam.tool.agent <<< what program is reporting this item, where does it say it is located and what is the file name?

AVG Anti-Spyware cleaned everything it found, we do need to clean the system restore files before we finish.

C:\Program Files\IBM\Java142\ <<< Java is still not updated, this is going to get you a Vundo infection sooner or later:
If you do not know how to do this, involve your employer or technical support. See these links:
http://www.theregister.com/2007/05/11/google_malware_map/
http://redtape.msnbc.com/2007/05/the_next_net_th.html

O16 - DPF: {DF780F87-FF2B-4DF8-92D0-73DB16A1543A} (PopCapLoader Object) - http://i.grab.com/media/70efdf/games...ploader_v6.cab
Adware, I suggest you remove it with HJT

I see nothing else and suggest you do this:

System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001111912274039?Open&src=sec_doc_nam

AVG Anti-Spyware is a good program but it does use some resources. Once the trial is over you can update and use the scanner for as long as you wish, but unless you purchase it you should turn it off completely so it does not run unless you start it manually.

Some good information for you:
