malware stops MY PC running explorer.exe

Hey all, I am a new guy in this forum. I get used to attack by malware that makes my PC mal-function. Most of the time, my final solution is re-install the whole PC that take my a lot of time.
This time, I get stuck with disable running of explorer.exe. Everytime, I start my PC and launch Win2k, there is exception throw to run explorer.exe

I noted from the processes that there is clcr.exe runs regularly. If I kill it, explorer.exe can run for few second and dies again. I have deleted clcr.exe but it recovered again automatically.
I have noted that there is NTDETECT.exe and a program call EnterNetFolder. running

Can anyone advise me how should I start to tackle this situation without re-install the whole PC again?
