Hosts File extensive updates

Hi,
I check the immunize feature weekly for potential additions to Hosts file.
Sometimes there are none and other times several. There are never so many as I encountered today. 18,919 done and 10,820 additional to be done! Is this realistic? My hosts file has gradually changed from 33KB on 6/27/06 to 100KB on 5/27/07.
Should I Immunize this large number or is there an error somewhere?

The 2007-06-06 updates to immunization added 2195 more entries to the Restricted Zone by Domain (Site Name). Since these entries may be added to one or more registry hives the increase was significant. My increase in the immunization count was from 18758 on 2007-05-30 to 29733 on 2007-06-06.

There were also 2195 entries added to the Spybot HOSTS file making the total entries 5719.

There does not appear to be an error. Many of the sites added were ".it" sites (Italian sites) listed here:
