View Full Version : Please help re:ClickSpring.PuritySCAN
Hello, thank you for taking my request. I have tried removing this filthy pest on my own after viewing a thread in the archive(http://forums.spybot.info/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=22), however I came out empty.
The files for deletion I could not find and the linked AVG program would not run during safe mode, so I tried the other AVG I had installed. Still, no dice. I tried doing it so I wouldn't have to write a thread seeking help, but alas, here I am in dire need of some help.

Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.
I apologize, if you review the instructions you will understand how changing your post count can cause your topic to be missed. If you should still require assistance, since since a lot of time has passed, please do this:
1) Read the instruction again and then please describe your problem, symptoms, error messages (word for word) anything you think will help.
2) Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
3) Post a new HJT log along with the uninstall list and the information I requested.
