Error window towards end of scan please advise

I'm getting this window pop up towards the end of the scan does anyone have the same or have any idea what it means?

There were problems in the include file
C:\Program files\Spybot - Search_Destroy\Includes\TrojansC.sbi

See 'include errors log' for details

I have uninstalled and reinstalled its still the same

I think you need to download the TCP/IP Settings plugin,if you hadn't downloaded it before.
