Hello,
I ran Spybot in regular mode several times and in safe mode. I have tried other avenues as well recommended by friends. I can't think of anywhere else to go to get this problem fixed. The Online Virus Scanner would freeze up before it could finish (probably due to the popups). A big thank you in advance for all help provided. Here is my Highjack log:

Please do an online scan with
Kaspersky
WebScanner (http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner)
Click on Kaspersky Online Scanner
You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky,
Click Yes.
The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest
definition files:
Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
Now click on Scan Settings
In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
Extended (if available otherwise
Standard)
Scan Options:
Scan Archives
Scan Mail Bases
Click OK
Now under select a target to scan:Select My Computer
This will program will start and scan your system.
The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been
infected.
Now click on the Save as Text button:
Save the file to your desktop.
Copy and paste that information in your next post together with a fresh hjt log.
I deleted the WinAntiVirus Pro 2007 a few days ago from the Common Files and the program list. When I checked this morning it wasn't there.

Double-click ATF Cleaner.exe to open it

At this point the "All Files" button should be enabled so you can click it.
Click the "All Files" button.
Then click the Red X ...and for the confirmation message that will appear, you will need to click Yes.
A second message will ask to Reboot now? You will need to click Yes to allow the reboot.
Note: Killbox will let you know if a file does not exist.
If you have any issues with this method, you can copy and paste the lines one at a time into the Killbox top box. Then click the "Single File" button. Then click the Red X ...and for the confirmation message that will appear, you will need to click Yes. A second message will ask to Reboot now? you will need to click No until the last one at which time you click Yes to allow the Reboot.
Do a rescan with Kaspersky online scanner and post new results.
I followed the steps you posted to delete core.sys and core.cache.dsk. While I was running the virus scan again a box popped up on my task bar that just said "Setup". No window or anything with it, but I right clicked on it and hit close. I did this a few times and eventually I got this error message.
"You chose to end the nonresponsive program, is-T111B.tmp"
I don't know if this is relevant, but it was unusual.

combofix.exe (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/combofix.exe)
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your

THESE STEPS ARE VERY IMPORTANT
Let's reset system restore
Reset and Re-enable your System Restore to remove infected files that have been backed up by Windows. The files in System Restore are protected to prevent any programs changing those files. This is the only way to clean these files: You will lose all previous restore points which are likely to be infected. Please note you need Administrator Access to do clean the restore points.
1. Turn off System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
2. Reboot.
3. Turn ON System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
NOTE: only do this ONCE,NOT on a regular basis
UPDATING WINDOWS AND INTERNET EXPLORER
IMPORTANT: You Need to Update Windows and Internet Explorer to protect your computer from the malware that is around on the Internet. Please go to the windows update site (http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/) to get the critical updates.
If you are running Microsoft Office, or any portion thereof, go to the Microsoft's Office Update site and make sure you have at least all the critical updates installed (Free) Microsoft Office Update.
Make your Internet Explorer more secure
This can be done by following these simple instructions:
From within Internet Explorer click on the Tools menu and then click on Options.
Click once on the Security tab
Click once on the Internet icon so it becomes highlighted.
Click once on the Custom Level button.
Change the Download signed ActiveX controls to Prompt
Change the Download unsigned ActiveX controls to Disable
Change the Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe to Disable
Change the Installation of desktop items to Prompt
Change the Launching programs and files in an IFRAME to Prompt
Change the Navigate sub-frames across different domains to Prompt
Change the allow paste operations via script to Disable
When all these settings have been made, click on the OK button.
If it prompts you as to whether or not you want to save the settings, press the Yes button.
Next press the Apply button and then the OK to exit the Internet Properties page.

Every version of windows has a hosts file as part of them. In a very basic sense, they are used to locate webpages. We can customize a hosts file so that it blocks certain webpages. However, it can slow down certain computers. This is why using a hosts file is optional!!

If you decide to download the hosts file, the slowdown problems can usually be avoided by following these steps:
Click the start button (at the lower left hand corner of your screen) Click run In the dialog box, type services.msc hit enter, then locate dns client Highlight it, then double-click it. On the dropdown box, change the setting from automatic to manual. Click ok
Just a final reminder for you. I am trying to stress these two points.
UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!! Make sure you do this about every 1-2 weeks.
Make sure all of your security programs are up to date.
Run the spybot and adaware regularly. (Once or twice a week minimum.)
Visit Microsoft's Windows Update Site Frequently - It is important that you visit http://www.windowsupdate.com regularly. This will ensure your computer has always the latest security updates available installed on your computer. If there are new updates to install, install them immediately, reboot your computer, and revisit the site until there are no more critical updates.

It will also have a list of other places you can go to to register your complaint, depending on the country you are resident in. My system has been running MUCH better now. Thank you so much.
I have been having one other issue though.
After I started doing the recommended steps for protection, I got to the IE-Spyad and my McAfee starting going crazy. These messages didn't seem to be related so I had McAfee block them all and closed iespyad for now. McAfee has had tons of problems with the following. Please advise.

Yes, those are most likely "good" changes that McAfee alarmed of (haven't used McAfee so can't say for sure but I believe it just alarms everytime when something is trying to do registry modification no matter whether it's good or bad). So if those alarms appeared after adding IESpyads I'd suggest allowing them. :)
