Smitfraud--Clickbank--Statcounter. How can i remove them, please.

Ive run spy bot twice and nothing. Then i read the forum and thats why im here can any one sort me out please.
Also i ran security task manager and found lolgrmra.exe running its now in quarantine, ive also googled it and not one match came up.
all this happend when i clicked on a link and down loaded a rar file.

Download it to your Program Files folder.
Doubleclick the HijackThis_V2.exe to start it.
Click "Do a System Scan and save a logfile"
This will create a HijackThislog.
Copy and paste the contents of the log in your next reply
