Hi there,

I read the following post after encountering problems with a new access request by zonealarm:

http://forums.spybot.info/archive/index.php/t-3531.html

I saw that the author blocked sadhlp.dll. What precisely is sadhlp.dll???

I encountered problems after a pop-up ad triggered a quicktime update window (only using windows pop-up blocker??). I denied access and this action was followed by more requests for access to my system which I denied. Then zonealarm started requesting Windows Explorer and Internet explorer to accept connections from the internet. I kept denying. Now it seems another application (qttest.exe) is using all my cpu resources.

How can I safely restore my PC? Can a system restore work?

I run XP home edition and SP2. CPU: AMD Sempron 3000+

I'm a newbie so please be gentle with me in this regard. Any help is appreciated.
