New to Linux looking for programs for Linux.

Hello

I am a newbie to Linux and would like to know if there is a Spybot S&D for Linux?
So far a lot of popular stuff for my Windows PC is not made for Linux.

Though I have herd that Linux is more secure then Windows.
And so far I love Linux but need help on how to install stuff.
As I have found AVG anti-virus that supports both Windows and Linux but have no idea how to install it?

I click on the install.sh and nothing happens?

Any ways hope you can help and sorry about the ramblings lol.

The problem mentioned there (updates) has been fixed for version 1.5 which is in the works.

Immunization is a moot point as there is no IE on Wine.
