Multiple spyware attacks- PLEASE HELP! NEED COMPUTER FUNCTIONAL FOR THESIS!!!

hi- this is my first time posting, i've never encountered such a spyware/virus problem that couldnt be fixed by spybot or other programs until i got hit with this (and i dont even know what it is or how i got it! ). i really need help getting my computer back to normal- im in the last stages of working on a computer-based thesis for college and there is just too much on here for me to lose!
please help! spybot and others recognize the problems but don't fix them!! ive included the hijackthis log (my first time using this program too)

You are infected and it would be good if you told me about the symptoms of the attack. What exactly is your computer doing, if you get popups, where do they direct you. Any error messages? Post them "word for word"

If you still need help, delete the version of HJT you are running and do this:

Download Trend Micro Hijack This™
http://hijack1.trend-braintree.com/hjt/eval/HijackThis.exe
Download it to your Program Files folder.
Doubleclick the HijackThis_V2.exe to start it.
Click "Do a System Scan and save a logfile"
This will create a HijackThislog.
Copy and paste the contents of the log in your next reply

Post that log and include some information this time.
