Ahhhh im going insane...ok im 14 and im getting really really annoyed cause i cant get this command thing off my computer, here is what Hijackthis came up with:

When i run spybot it comes up with it cant delete them because they are in memory and when i run the reboot thing it still says the same thing the file it says they are in are:

I see ang, norton and panda antivirus programs are installed, keep one uninstall the others asap !! reboot when prompted then contimue on >
Open a command prompt (start run type cmd press enter)
type
sc delete cmdservice
press enter, type exit and press enter to exit the command prompt
Download smitRem.exe (http://noahdfear.geekstogo.com/click%20counter/click.php?id=1) and save the file to your desktop. (By noahdfear.)
Double click on the file to extract it to it's own folder on the desktop.

Next, please reboot your computer in SafeMode by doing the following:
Restart your computer
After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.
Start Hijackthis and place a check next to these items If there.

Hit fix checked and close Hijackthis.
Open the smitRem folder, then double click the RunThis.bat file to start the tool. Follow the prompts on screen.
Wait for the tool to complete and disk cleanup to finish.
The tool will create a log named smitfiles.txt in the root of your drive, eg; Local Disk C: or partition where your operating system is installed. Please post that log along with all others requested in your next reply.
Open Spybot check for and fix any problems found.
Open Ad-aware and do a full scan. Remove all it finds.
Run Ewido:
Click on scanner
Click on Complete System Scan and the scan will begin.
NOTE: During some scans with ewido it is finding cases of false positives.
You will need to step through the process of cleaning files one-by-one.
If ewido detects a file you KNOW to be legitimate, select none as the action.
DO NOT select "Perform action on all infections"
If you are unsure of any entry found select none for now.
When the scan is finished, click the Save report button at the bottom of the screen.
Save the report to your desktop
Close Ewido

Restart back to a normal windows session
Next go to Control Panel click Display > Desktop > Customize Desktop > Web > Uncheck "Security Info" if present. click the apperence tab under Windows and buttons change it to Windows XP style > click apply and OK.
Get this free onlines scan and post the results
Kaspersky Lab - Free Online scan:

Click scan settings and place a check next to use [x]extended this database etc etc. Click ok.
Then choose: my computer: scan all your hard drives and mapped disks.
when finished click save as text and post that in your reply.
Post a new HijackThis Log, the contents of the smitfiles.txt log and the Ewido Log by using Add Reply.

but i keep getting this damned popup on my taskbar saying my computer is enfected when it is what is infecting it...omg, im 14 and have had this problem before i spent over a week but managed to do something that messed it up and now every time i start my pc it comes up with this box saying something is wrong with it, which is good cus even though cmdservice still comes up on my computer on the scans only 2/3 files are still there so it doesnt work nemore.... but now i have this stupid spyfalcon, please help me get rid of it, its driving me insane.

Make a new folder at this location,
C:\ called "BFU"
Download Brute Force Uninstaller. By Merijn author of Hijackthis.
http://www.merijn.org/files/bfu.zip
Unzip it to it’s own folder (c:\BFU)
Doubleclick on BFU.exe, Click the round green icon (open script URL)
copy then paste in
http://metallica.geekstogo.com/p2pnetwork.bfu
Press execute and let it do it’s job.
Wait for the complete script execution box to popup and press OK.
If the script is really executed you should have seen a progress bar.
Press exit to exit the BFU program.

Restart the PC
Run HijackThis and post a fresh log.

I still see sings of two antivirus programs.
Are you having problems understanding ?
Open a command prompt (start run type cmd press enter) type
sc delete NTLOAD
press enter, type in
sc delete NTSVCMGR
press enter, type exit and press enter to exit the command prompt
Start Hijackthis and place a check next to these items
