Registry Key Fixing keeps failing [Archive]

Good nite, I am really in need for some assistance here, I need to know what to do in order to fix this problem on my laptop. Everytime I run Spybot S & D these two threaths keep poping up and I cannot seem to know what to do. Will appriciate it if I can get some much needed assistance. Thanks :confused:
