How do I update SpyBot by d/l the 'stand-alone' files ?

Hi there again,

when I install SpyBot for the first time, I like to make it as updated as possible before running it. So I always download the most recent 'spybotsd_includes.exe' file, but even after installing it (along with their counterparts 'spybotsd_advcheck.exe' and 'spybotsd_tools.exe'), there's always a bunch of extra-updates that aren't inside spybotsd_includes.exe... Am I doing something wrong ? Also, I managed to download the updates one by one, but I don't know which one goes on which directory under Program Files\SpyBot S&D, so I got stucked at this point.
