plz HELP

[OnAfeTs]

I need whatever help i can get. I do not know much about computers, even more so about virus removal and what not. Anyway, ive had this problem for probably about a month now, and i dont kno what to do. THe problem: My hard disk drive space keeps draining! It has lowerd down to 200 MB, where i get a low disk space alert. But the odd thing is, once it reaches that low, the disk space then starts to rise again =\. Ive scanned several times with Norton and Ad-aware, but it has not helped. Im afraid that one day the disk space is not going to rise one day and my computer is just going to crash. Have you resolved these issues yet? I have a feeling this is not malware and may be a hardware issue. I see a little adware and junk we can remove but no malware in the HJT log.

Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

ok well when i went to add/ remove programs, i found viewpoint manager and clicked remove, and in doing so Norton Internet security popped up with a medium risk, saying that vmgrremok.exe is attempting to connect to a DNS server. SHould i allow these connections?

Looks like that is part of the Viewpoint junk. How can you have programs like that on your computer and not even know it? This is your computer?

I can't see anything else that needs to go, but you are going to have to get some disk space from somewhere. Review and act on the suggestions PCPitStop made and then run the test again to see if it have improved. Makes sure you run maintenance on the computer first also.

whoa!!

im not sure what it was that did it, but i just checked my hardrive space and its back to 41.8 GB free space! which is what it use to be before i noticed that the space kept lowering.

you had me download the ATF-cleaner, which is currently on my desktop.

You still need to study the instructions the diagnostic report gave you and take the actions they suggest.
You can keep ATF-Cleaner if you wish, it is a nice small tool, here is a tutorial for using it.
