Hello can anyone help me with these:

-Virtumonde
-Win.32.ConHook.ah
-Smithfraud-C.Toolbar888

I also have:

-CasaleMedia
-Avenue A, Inc.

but apparently they some with Fire Fox or something like that, The top three I can't get rid of... please help

Copy/paste the logs requested into this topic, and a helper will assist you when available.

I cannot do the anti-virus check on the internet, I have tried to use "Internet Explorer" to do the scan, but every time "Internet Explorer" stops responding and pop-ups begin to "pop up" I have firefox but it won't work for the CA virus scan... is their anything else that I can do?

Hello and sorry to hear of your problems. Vundo is a nasty infection and if you will follow these directions I will see what I can to to help you.

Download Trend Micro Hijack This™
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HiJackThis_v2.exe
Download it to your Program Files folder.
Doubleclick the HijackThis_V2.exe to start it.
Click "Do a System Scan and save a logfile"
This will create a HijackThislog.
Copy and paste the contents of the log in your next reply
