Hello,
* Go to start > controlpanel > software > Add or Remove Programs and uninstall next if present:
Winpop
DeluxeCommunications
winantispyware 2007
Then reboot. Really important.
After reboot, I notice that you do not seem to be running Antivirus software and a Firewall. This is somewhat suicidal in today's digital world.
That's why I want you to install them first!!
Avira (http://www.free-av.com/), AVG (http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/) OR Active Virus Shield (http://www.activevirusshield.com/antivirus/freeav/index.adp) (uncheck the Security Toolbar during install) are good FREE antivirus.
Never install more than one antivirusscanner or firewall on your system! Several together can give problems and decrease the reliability of it seriously!
Comodo (http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/) OR Kerio (http://www.sunbelt-software.com/Kerio.cfm) are FREE firewalls.
Understanding and using firewalls (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/index.php?showtutorial=60)
Reboot your computer afterwards.
After reboot, perform a full scan with your Antivirus and let it remove anything it is finding. Then reboot once again in order to delete files that were in use previously.
Post a new HijackThislog in your next reply - then we'll start from there, because it really makes no sense otherwise that we clean this up manually if an Antivirusscan is not present which should be able to deal with most and prevent further reinfection.
Thank you! Things are looking much better.
Here is the hijack log.

Hi,
* Download Combofix (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your desktop.
Doubleclick combofix.exe
Follow the prompts.
Don't click on the window while the fix is running, because that will cause your system to hang.
When finished and after reboot (in case it asks to reboot), combofix will open again to gather the necessary information for the log. This may take a bit. When done, Combofix will close and a log should open, combofix.txt.
Post the contents of this log in your next reply together with a new hijackthislog.
Do NOT post the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt - unless I ask you to.
Here is the Combofix Log:

Hello,
Let's deal with the rest now...
perform my next steps in the right order please...
I see you have Viewpoint installed...
Viewpoint Manager is considered as foistware instead of malware since it is installed without users approval but doesn't spy or do anything "bad". This will change from what we know in 2006 read this article: http://www.clickz.com/news/article.php/3561546
I suggest you remove the program now. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs if present.
Viewpoint
Viewpoint Manager
Viewpoint Media Player
Then reboot.
After reboot,
* Go to start > control panel > Display properties > Desktop > Customize Desktop... > Web tab
Select everything you find in there (except for "My current home page") and press the delete button on the right.
Hit ok below > apply in previous window.
Then,
Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:
File::
C:\WINDOWS\system32\oiqffqxt.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\awttuuu.dll
C:\Program Files\Online Services\holenutac83122.dll
Folder::
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint
C:\DOCUME~1\ALLUSE~1\APPLIC~1\Viewpoint
C:\WINDOWS\system32\win5
C:\WINDOWS\system32\S6
C:\WINDOWS\system32\S5
C:\WINDOWS\system32\S4
C:\WINDOWS\system32\S3
C:\WINDOWS\system32\S1

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\winlogon\notify\awttuuu]
Save this as ComboFix-Do.txt
Then drag the ComboFix-Do.txt into ComboFix.exe as you see in the screenshot below.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v666/sUBs/Combo-Do.gif
This will start ComboFix again. After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply together with a new HijackThislog.
The programs:
Viewpoint
Viewpoint Manager
Viewpoint Media
Did Not exist in Add/Remove Programs.
I proceeded without reboot.
Here is the ComoFix Log:

Hi,
we'll have to give this another run..
Open the ComboFix-Do.txt you created previously and edit out its contents.
Then modify it with the contents below:
Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:
File::
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dgjlm.bak1
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mljgd.dll
Registry::
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\{B429BB45-F7A6-4133-A0A9-081EE5A597DC}]
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\winlogon\notify\mljgd]
Then drag the ComboFix-Do.txt into ComboFix.exe as you did previously.
This will start ComboFix again. After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply together with a new HijackThislog.
Hi,
I ran ComboFix with only the file text given. I deleted the previous contents.
Here is the ComboFix log:

Hi,
Your logs look clean again.
Just a few more things to do though..
Delete the folder C:\Qoobox
Your version of Java is outdated and needs to be updated to take advantage of fixes that have eliminated security vulnerabilities.
Updating Java: Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6u1 (http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp).
Scroll down to where it says "Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6u1".
Click the "Download" button to the right.
Check the box that says: "Accept License Agreement".
The page will refresh.
Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation, Multi-language and save to your desktop.
Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java.
Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
- Examples of older versions in Add or Remove Programs: Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6
Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6-windows-i586.exe to install the newest version.
Let me know in your next reply how things are now...
Thank you very much!
It seems to be working fine. The speed has increased and the conflicts with AVG and certain users are gone.
I have a hardware firewall and am running MS Firewall. Is this needed?
Thanks again!

Good to hear.
Yes, it's always better to have your Windows Firewall enabled even though you have a hardware firewall.
Glad I could help. :)
Please read my Prevention page (http://users.telenet.be/bluepatchy/miekiemoes/prevention.html) with lots of info and tips how to prevent this in the future.
And if you want to improve speed/system performance after malware removal, take a look here (http://users.telenet.be/bluepatchy/miekiemoes/slowcomputer.html).
Happy Surfing again!
