firewall bypass and other problems !! HELP !!

Hey,
Just got back from vacation and I had my PC shut down for a week ! Well qwhen i turned it on it would go to the windows black screen and say it had had a problem with power interuption and how would I like to start my pc up ! I chose all ways even safe mode and it would just keep trying to re boot. I finally got it to start up and I logged onto windows and began running some scans !! It has shut down on me several times during this and several programs wont open and it says it has missing files or something ! Even my AVG anti virus will noy open or work ! I tried re-installing and it still wont. I ran a spybot check and it said I had 2 "microsoft.windows.iefirewall bypass" whatever these are !! Am I infected with something ?? Or is my hard drive getting ready to go !! The programs that wont open get an error message that states MSVFW32.dll was not found and the program may need re-installed !! Any clue whats going on ?? I ran a trend micro online scan and it found nothing !! here is a hi -jack log just in case you need it !!

I am not seeing anything in the HJT log either but some adware and a bit of leftover trash. Here is the Google if it helps:

Try running System File Checker, could be a corrupt of missing file:
http://www.updatexp.com/scannow-sfc.html

You can run a scan with AVG Anti-Spyware using these directions:
Follow the directions in this link to run AVG Anti-Spyware, make sure you delete or quarantine anything it finds and save the scan report to post.

To see if it spots anything HJT can't see.
