How do I get rid of VIRTUMONDE AND SMITFRAUDE

Can anyone help me get rid of these two pests:

VIRTUMONDE
SMITFRAUDE.C.CORESERVE

Everything I tried failed

When it comes time to download the HJT log, please follow these instructions:
Download Trend Micro Hijack This™
http://hijack1.trend-braintree.com/hjt/eval/HijackThis.exe
Download it to your Program Files folder.
Doubleclick the HijackThis_V2.exe to start it.
Click "Do a System Scan and save a logfile"
This will create a HijackThislog.
Copy and paste the contents of the log in your next reply
