Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information. "BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)

All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

http://whois.domaintools.com/62.240.110.197 <<< are you in Cairo.

Let me say first that I suggest only freeware products that I personally have used and prefer not to comment on products other that to say I believe what is posted on this list:
http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm
Beyond that, google the product to see what folks are saying about it.

I can see your effors to remove Vundo, could you mention if you wish to proceed, all tools you have run so far.

I see no antivirus program running on this computer? It is cyber-suicide to go online without one anymore. Start by installing one, if you need a free one, here are three to choose from:
http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/
http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html
http://www.free-av.com/
When you have an antivirus program installed and updated, run a complete system scan removing what it finds, then post a new HJT log.

Thanks
