I apologize, because you appear to have missed the above information pinned to the top of the forum. If you still have problems, pease do this.

1) You are running System Configuration Utility (MSConfig) in Selective Startup mode. I need to see the HJT logs in Normal mode.

2) Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
(You may edit out Microsoft, Hotfixes, Security Update for Windows XP, Update for Windows XP and Windows XP Hotfix to shorten the list)

3) Please tell me about your problem, what sort of "malware" and what are the popup "thing" you are receiving. What do they want you to by or where do they want you to go. Any comments that will help me discern what your malware is.

4) Post a new HJT log.
