I think I am infected...again

I ran my weekly S&D scan and it came back with Tagasaurus and Blackcore. I fixed them, restarted and ran all my scans again which came back with nothing. My IE will close on me though at random times during my internet browsing...I have updated, ran S&D, Adaware, and I have Spyware Blaster. Am I infected or just paranoid? Here is my Hijackthis log

I apologize, because you appear to have missed the above information pinned to the top of the forum.

If you still need help, I do not see anything in the HJT log, it looks clean of malware. Can you tell me if this is still occuring, a little more about what happens exactly and if you receive any error messages, post them word for word.

Since a week has passed, also post a new HJT log also.
