Smitfraud - please help

Hi.

My work computer has somehow contracted a few spyware problems that I can't seem to fix. When i run Spybot, it fixes everything except "Smitfraud-C.CoreService" and "Command Service".

Pleeeeeeease help. I am getting loads of popups (in IE, no less, and all I use is FireFox). I'd like to try to fix it myself before contacting my IT people, for fear they will yell at me.
