Smitfraud-C.Toolbar888 and PWS.LDPinchIE keep returning

Greetings, I read the intro and I'm new at this so I have to go slow and easy.

I need to start at the very begining.

These two trojan and malware keep comeing up on my spybot checks after the next start-up even after they are said to be cleaned up by spybot.

PWS.LDPinchIE


Something keeps disableing my Symantec AntiVirus auto protection even after I reinstall it and I sometimes get a blue screen warning on start up.

Can you folks please help me?

Hard to say if we can help from the limited amount of information you have provided. Pinned to the top of the forum are the instructions I have also posted above. That would be how to start.
