Spybot Search & Destroy error message

When I run Spybot I get a message before it is complete that states that I should see "include errors.log" and mentions some trojan problem. I hit OK and Spybot finishes and reports Congratulations! No errors found. This happens every time I run Spybot. Can you tell me if there is a problem on my computer? I have included a HJT log. Thank you in advance.
