Would have been good to here what symptoms you have, I will guess its popups wanting you to purchase Winfixer?

C:\hijackthis\HijackThis.exe <<< return here and rename the HJT.exe, call it djneked.exe or whatever you wish. Restart the computer and post a new HJT log.
