Hi my Norton found a Trojan Horse entitled Dc94.com which could not be deleted but it has been quarantined.

To recap, I will say HJT can not see everything, but from what I can see you have no issues except for the fact Norton/Symantec seems to be flagging a valid file. You may want to contact them for instructions.

Hi Felicia, I must apologize, it seems I missed your response. As you can see that item, though not blatant malware, can be the cause of aware popups. You can remove it with HJT like this:

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

O16 - DPF: {DF780F87-FF2B-4DF8-92D0-73DB16A1543A} (PopCapLoader Object) - http://zone.msn.com/bingame/popcaploader_v10.cab

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

The item and line should be gone on a reboot, let me know if you have any problems, I will keep your topic open for a few more days just in case.
