My Spybot (v1.3) works just fine except I get two problems (both Huntbar) that it won't fix, regardless of restarting computer and rescanning. I've tried many times with no success. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Here is what the report says about them (I get just "No information Available" or something like that when I click on the Information bar):

I had already started to upgrade to v1.4 when your response arrived. I've done that, restarted and run Spybot (v1.4) and Huntbar still could not be fixed. So I restarted and tried again but still no luck. The message I get after trying Fix is:
"Some problems couldn't be fixed; the reason could be that the associated files are still in use (in memory)."

I searched forum but didn't find anything that helps. Any other ideas or suggestions?

I have two problems (both are Huntbar.Web Search threats) I can't seem to fix.

I've searched the forum, tried upgrading to Spybot v1.4 (Thanks Tashi for that tip -- it fixed another problem I had :) ), and tried restarting and rescanning numerous times. No success.

The message I get after trying Fix is: "Some problems couldn't be fixed; the reason could be that the associated files are still in use (in memory)."

When I click on the Information bar, it just says "No information Available".

My OS is Windows XP Home. Any help anyone can give me with this would be hugely appreciated.

Hi there.
That is not a complete Spybot-S&D report, here is how to get one.

Open SpyBot, check for and get any updates available, close all browsers, check for problems and fix everything found. Then on the toolbar menu select mode and switch to advanced mode, on the left lower down select tools, and view report, ensure all the options are selected near the bottom except

Uncheck[ ] do not report disabled or known legitimate Items.
uncheck[ ] Include a list of services in report.
Uncheck[ ] Include uninstall list in report.

Now select (near the top) view report.
Press export in the save in box choose a place such as your my documents folder, then in your next post near the bottom select the "browse" button; navigate to and attach or post that report please.

Thanks. :)
