My computer turns on, but will not bring up desktop, but through the ctrl alt del the features and programs are available. It is running really slow. My PC will also not shut down. I did a virus scan and have trojan.dropper viruses, webbuying adware, outer info, and various other keyloggers. HELP! I am worried that I will lose all of my work. THANK YOU in advance.

All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Not 100% sure the malware is causing the problem you are having, but you are badly infected. Please read and follow the directions carefully, those that do have few problems removing this junk.

1) HJT is running from an unsafe Temporary Internet Files, follow these directions to move it to a safe location where it can store backups in case we need them, I prefer C:\HJT\HiJackThis_v2[1].exe

2) Thanks to Atribune and any others who helped with this fix.

Please understand these hackers can call there junk anything they wish. Vundofix may not know the files at first, but it will learn. You want to run the fix until you see all Vundo files say: "Has been deleted"

Please download VundoFix.exe (http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4) to your desktop
Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
Click the Scan for Vundo button.
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThislogin a reply to this thread.Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove. In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button" when VundoFix appears upon rebooting.

If there is a file VundoFix doesn't find we need it submitted. Please submit
the files to upload malware http://www.uploadmalware.com

3) Vundofix.exe is only 106 KB, you can download it to a floppy on another computer and bring it to the infected computer if you can not get online. I will say again, Vundo is about adware popups and the last thing the hackers would want to do is prevent you from getting online, there may be another reason for not having internet access?
