I really see no malware in your HJT log. I do see these running:
C:\Program Files\Windows Defender\MsMpEng.exe
C:\Program Files\Grisoft\AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5\guard.exe
C:\Program Files\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware SE Professional\Ad-Watch.exe

We know to only run one antivirus and one firewall at a time but the jury is still out on how many spyware programs running in realtime are two many.
I would look for information about how Ad-Watch and Windows Defender work together, if there is any chance of conflicts. I will assume you are using a trial version of AVG Anti-Spyware? Before you decide what to do with it could you run a scan and post the results.

2) AVG Anti-Spyware scan results using these instructions:
Follow the directions in this link to run AVG Anti-Spyware, make sure you delete or quarantine anything it finds and save the scan report to post.

3) Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
(You may edit out Microsoft, Hotfixes, Security Update for Windows XP, Update for Windows XP and Windows XP Hotfix to shorten the list)

4) I also noticed Java just did update, so check for a new update for that program in the Java console.
