New to this and stuck

Hello,
i read the initial guidelines for posting and downloaded HJT, here is my log. I am am new to this so panicked and deleted spybot when a notice appeared that told me the system had changed and to check for malware.

My computer becomes unresponsive when i check any emails and when i hit onto a website, i have to exit via task manager, also my is generally unusually slow. I have a windows pop up occuring telling me i need to fix my registry and directing me to a page for a registry cleaner.

I'm sorry, i have corrected and reposted a new log from the permanent rather than temporary file. Also, the trend online scanner did not pick up anything.

a clean online scan is good. you should really use one or two (max) malware scanners. i would scan with one or two of these and see if the problems continue or not:

Thanks for your patience, i am not having the freezing problems now.

I have added a good resident spyware remover, plus downloaded some updates for windows (i think that's what i did anyway).

you went to windows update, it scanned your computer and suggested downloads/patches you need. you downloaded them, then installed them? correct?
