A problem and too slow!

Hi :)

I have been trying to install service pack 2 and I couldn't, but now I finally install it.
However, I noticed that my computer is running too slow and sometimes it crashes and I have to turn off or restart it.
When I sign in messenger I try to see my email and the hotmail web page doesn't open.

Please if there is a problem, I want your help.

I am not seeing malware in the HJT log, if you are still having problems and wish to look for hidden malware, please do this:
Follow the directions in this link to run AVG Anti-Spyware, make sure you delete or quarantine anything it finds and save the scan report to post.
