Well, I've been getting this problem with BlackCore. From my assumption (even though I'm not the expert here) it seems to be one of those start-up System32 Spyware things. The spyware is very annoying.

I've read a few other threads on BlackCore, but they haven't been very helpful (no offense). They all say that BlackCore is safe, nothing dangerous, and that it's name will be changed in an update. From this thread:

http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=15825

Unfortunately, other Spyware, as the same guy said in the post, there seems to be other Spywares that somehow come with it as a Firefox Cookie. I can't just keep deleting them all, and then when my computer is rebooted, get them all back again. My computer was just recently reformatted. :(

My HJT log using the Trend Micro HJT, I use Firefox, the new 2.0 one.

Oh, and if anybody can help too, my PC Cillin Firewall Internet Security 2007 isn't working because there's a microsoft update not being downloaded, but when I click "Download Microsoft Updates" apparently there's no updates to be downloaded.

Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information. "BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)

All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

You understand this is the malware forum, what we do here is our best to remove malware from your computer. Sometimes removing the malware fixes other issues, sometimes it does not.

Let's make sure you have seen this link: BlackCore
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?p=101198#post101198 (Yodama)
and that you understand that questions dealing with Spybot issues belong here: http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=4 Before you post, update SpyBot S&D and fully immunize, then run your scan as suggested in the "Before you Post" instructions. I find this clears up the vast majority of SpyBot issues and helps the experts at that forum.

Questions about Service Pack #2 issues should be directed here: Microsoft Technical Supporthttp://support.microsoft.com/

and questions about Trend Micro products go here: http://esupport.trendmicro.com/support/consumer/consumerhome.do?locale=en_US

I see no evidence of malware in this HJT log. This does not mean you could not have malware on your computer, HJT can not see everything which is why we use other scanners.
Once you review the information I have posted, if you still believe you have malware issues, then post a new HJT log with the symptoms, reasons why you believe you have malware and I will take a look. Please include any error messages "word for word".

Thanks

Well...I deleted it again one day, and it disappeared. No joke. I'm still afraid though.
