Hi I ran Spy Bot several times and its says that Virtumonde has been fixed but it comes again.
Below is my hijack this log file , any help would be appreciated

Hi, welcome to Safer Networking!

Download combofix.exe (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe)

1. Save it to your desktop.
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.
