I need to remove Video Activex Access. I can't get rid of it. Help please ?

Okay.. so I am stuck------ i opened SmitfraudFix on Safe Mode but nothing comes up. I am supose to type 2 and choose clean then Y for yes.
But nothing comes up. it is all black. I need help. can anyone help me fix this problem ?
