All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.
C:\Scanner.exe <<< return here and create a folder by right clicking a blank spot. Name it HJT and move Scanner.exe into that folder like this:
C:\HJT\Scanner.exe Put that log that is there in the folder and backups for safety will also store there.
Read and follow the directions carefully, those that do have few problems removing this junk.
Thanks to Atribune and any others who helped with this fix.
Please understand these hackers can call there junk anything they wish. Vundofix may not know the files at first, but it will learn. You want to run the fix until you see all Vundo files say: "Has been deleted"
Please download VundoFix.exe (http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4) to your desktop
Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
Click the Scan for Vundo button.
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThislogin a reply to this thread.Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove. In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button" when VundoFix appears upon rebooting.
If there is a file VundoFix doesn't find we need it submitted. Please submit
the files to upload malware http://www.uploadmalware.com

ok, vondofix says that it isnt there anymore, but spybot S&D says otherwise, it still picks it up in the search. Is this still a problem

Vundo can be hard to remove and there are several steps in the cleaning process. Please read and follow the directions I post. I requested this:
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis login a reply to this thread.
Once we have cleaned the malware, if you still have issues with Spybot, I will be glad to direct you to where you can address them. In the meantime, please make sure your Spybot S&D program is totally updated and fully immunized.

C:\HijackThis.exe <<< please make a folder called HJT and put HJT, the log that is there and the backups in that folder. It will look like this: C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe
Your HJT log is clean of malware, I suggest you do this now:
System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:

If you want to run a good free trial to check for hidden junk, use this one with these instruction, delete or quarantine anything it finds and post the scan results if you have questions.

Once the trial is over you can update and use the scanner for as long as you wish, but unless you purchase it you should turn it off completely so it does not run unless you start it manually.

ok, thanks alot vundo is now removed from the system, but i still have something called mediaplex, any ideas of how to remove it? i have cleared all temporary files and cleared cookies, still there

From the little information you have provided me, I have none. If this is something Spybot-S&D is finding and can not remove (and it sounds like a cookie) then make sure your version of Spybot-S&D is totally updated and fully immunized, then run it in Safe Mode according to the instructions in this information:
