SpyBot Installer closing

Hiya,

I am facing a wierd problem not sure what the cause is.
I had a couple of Ad-ware viruses in my Windows XP Prof Del Latitude D610 laptop.

To fix it, I downloaded Spybot from the site but evertime I try to run the installer, it just closes itself after the initial couple of screens.

This has happened a few times already and it is driving me crazy.

Has anyone seen this before?

Any help would be much appreciated because the Ad-ware is slowing my m/c down a lot:-(
