IE7 Crashes [Archive] - Safer-Networking Forums

Whenever I attempt to acess certain websites, including eTrust Antivirus Web Scanner, I get a message "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and will now shut down".
I have run Spybot, Ad-aware and Trend Micro Online Scan.

I am not sure this is a malware problem, or if I can help but I will give it a try.

Start by looking at this information:

As you can see it is not an uncommon error message and probably has nothing to do with malware.
