Ok, here goes..

1. Ran PC-Cillin Online Antivirus Scanner. Told me I had Malware, TROJ_DLOADER.EWR and the following Grayware/Spyware, ADW_FUNWEB.AL, ADW_MYWEBSEAR.M, FREELOADER_WINFIXER, FREELOADER_DRIVERCLEANER, ADWARE_BESTOFFERS. I checked the boxes to fix all this and it said it had 8 seconds left. About 2 hours later, it still said it had 8 seconds left. Tried this again and did the same thing.

2. Reboot into SafeMode
3. Ran Spybot-S&D. No more items in red.

All advice given is taken at your own risk.
It is important that you read and follow the instructions, this one has us stopped for now:

Note: In notepad under Format, uncheck "Word Wrap" Produce all HJT logs like this, single spaced.
single-spaced - (of type or print) not having a blank space between lines.
It is preferable, and the log easier to read, if you do not use the [code] or [php] options.
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe <<< rename HJT.exe, call it weefaery.exe or whatever you wish. This may be a Vundo infection and that may show the infection to us.

Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
(You may edit out Microsoft, Hotfixes, Security Update for Windows XP, Update for Windows XP and Windows XP Hotfix to shorten the list)

Post a uninstall list, a new HJT log that is not formatted after you have renamed HJT and restarted the computer.

Looked thru programs and I *believe* I recognize them, if not most.

Ran PC-Cillin and it said it quarantined something called "WinAntiVirusPro2007FreeInstall[1].cab

I know what the Paypay Virtual Debit Card is, but uninstalled it since I don't use it.

Since I have been using PC-Cillin, the only symptom of malware is that the warning for PC-Cillin pops up saying that something is trying to access the internet without my knowledge. Prior to it was random popup ads. Prior to running PC-Cillin's online anti-virus there was a popup that kept coming up about my system being infected, but I don't remember clicking on any of that and just trying to close it out.

These are in your Recycle Bin, please do this:
Right Click Recycle Bin onf the Desktop and choose empty Recycle Bin and then Yes.

It may be valid, many programs are constantly accessing the internet. What are you running for a firewall and what does your firewall say?

Ran PC-Cillin and it said it quarantined something called "WinAntiVirusPro2007FreeInstall[1].cabThis concerns me a little because I would think a .cab file installer would show in the DPF 016 area of the HJT log and it does not. It may be a registry leftover, can you see if you can delete everything in that quarantine file.
