FakeMsn8Beta?

Spybot can not remove FakeMSN8Beta on my PC?

I just installed the latest version of spybot and got the latest update.
Spybot finds FakeMSN8Beta and says it removes it but I reboot and it comes back....
I have found it and removed it a number of times, and thought that maybe i was getting it everytime i logged in. Can anyone help?
