Need help wifes computer is dragging from unknown Malware

Hey all,
So my wife's comp is draggin from some unknown malware. I have tried mcafee, avg 7.5 ad-aware 2007, and i currently have spybot s&d. Spybot seems to find alot and kill it but there is still a slow process. here is my hjt log

dont see anything that looks like malware in the log. a slow computer could be other reasons. what is it that spybot keeps finding? if its cookies, they are really nothing to worry about. i see you have lavasofts ad aware. did you install any software recently then the "slow" problem started?

Generally i dont install things on her comp. I recently removed alot of games and removed McAfee from her computer. I found that McAfee privacy service and spamkiller were causing ungodly load times, as a result I installed symantec instead and that resulted in a crash. Following the system restore and subsequent removal I reinstalled AVG 7.5. Spybot picks up vundo alot but I ran vundofix and it seems clean. Her machine is 4 years old so I probably just need to up the memory or do a new build. Yet, it is still slow to my standards thats what sparked the adware fear. I am running an XPS M-1710 and a XPS M710 both with all the trimmings so perhaps im spoiled with the speed. I have since given her my 710. Her comp has issues with Office 2007 so I think it might be an age thing.

you might try disabling spybots tea timer which runs in the background. you probably already know about msconfig and unchecking unneeded startup items.

atf cleaner is good for cleaning out temp files, cookies etc:

like you said increasing memory cant hurt either. and i agree there is a world of difference between my athlon64 3000+ and my 800mgz and 1.0ghz builds

for a another opinion about malware you could do a online scan:

F-secure scan:

click on the "start scanning button" near bottom of page.
click to accept/install the ActiveX applet,Click Full System Scan
Once the download completes (may take awhile),the scan will begin automatically.
The scan will take some time to finish.
When the scan completes, click the Automatic cleaning (recommended) button.
