Virutmonde and ''Fatal error: Class 'ExtData' not found' problem

whenever i open internet explorer, a new pop-up that is directed to a page that says 'Fatal error: Class 'ExtData' not found in /usr/local/www/data-dist/trafc-2/advdb/cmps.php on line 771' appears.... and also i am directed to other pop-ups....

and also, even after safe-mode SD checks, virtumonde keeps coming up and i don't seem to be able to get rid of it.
please help me!!!

1) You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing. They conflict with each other and you will be less safe than if you ran one good program and maintained it properly.

5) C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe <<< in case we have hidden Vundo, return to HJT.exe and rename it, call it albertkk.exe or whatever you wish, the next HJT log should show Vundo if it is hidden.

Complete the instructions I posted above, then post a new HJT log.

1) i uninstalled V3 and now my computer is only running symantec antivirus

2) i haven't run any tools yet....all i did was do a couple rounds of spybot SD and ad-aware checks

3&4) the pop-up that comes up whenever i open explorer is just a blank page w/ the message: 'Fatal error: Class 'ExtData' not found in /usr/local/www/data-dist/trafc-2/advdb/cmps.php on line 969' or something that just changes the line number

I do not know this product: AhnLab and you said you removed the AV program, but I see it running all though the HJT log. It may be the stuff you have runnig is for something other than antivirus protection. I will caution you as did the information I posted, to be positive you are running only one antivirus program:

Start Hijackthis
Click on the Config button
Click on the Misc Tools button
Click on the button labeled Delete a file on reboot...
A new window will open asking you to select the file that you would like to delete on reboot. Navigate to the file: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\fjbejbha.dll and click on it once, and then click on the Open button.
You will now be asked if you would like to reboot your computer to delete the file. Click on the Yes button if you would like to reboot now.

5) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

C:\WINDOWS\hgdcax.dll <<< delete that file
(if that file gives you trouble, use the delete on reboot tool on it)

7) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart and post a new HJT log, let me know how the computer is running.

As far as I can see, there is no malware showing in the HJT log, let's do this now:

System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:

Remove any tools we downloaded for the cleanup, you may keep ATF-Cleaner if you wish.
